This lace knitting pattern is a stunning combination of elegance and simplicity, perfect for both novice and experienced knitters.

To knit the sample, I used Patons Canadiana yarn
- 100% acrylic
Knitting needles number 4
The number of stitches in the pattern should be a multiple of 4 + 1 stitch for symmetry + 2 edge stitches.
R – Row 1: 1 – purl, 1 – knit – repeat to end of the row, end with 1 – purl stitch.
W – Row 2: 1 knit, yarn over, knit 3 – stitches together with the central stitch coming from below (slip 1 – stitch, knit 2 – stitches together with a right slant, pass slipped stitch over the knitted stitches), yarn over, 1 – knit.
R – Row 3: 1 purl, 1 – knit repeat to end of the row, end with 1 – purl stitch.
W – Row 4: knit 2 – stitches together with a right slant, yarn over, 1 – knit, yarn over, knit 3 – stitches together with the central stitch coming from below (slip 1 – stitch, knit 2 – stitches together with a right slant, pass slipped stitch over the knitted stitches), yarn over, 1 – knit, yarn over, knit 2 – stitches together with a right slant.
